SKETCH

SKETCH is a non-profit organization that provides arts programming and support to young people who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness in Toronto.

Our Story

SKETCH was founded in 1994 by a group of artists and activists who were concerned about the lack of support services for young people who were experiencing homelessness. The organization started with a small group of young people meeting in a community center, but it quickly grew and moved into its own premises.

Over the years, SKETCH has worked with thousands of young people, and it has seen the power of the arts to transform lives. SKETCH has helped young people to develop their creativity, to build confidence, and to find a sense of purpose. SKETCH has also helped young people to develop the skills they need to succeed in school and in the workforce.

We are funded by a combination of grants, donations and income from our activities. We are a registered charity, and we are committed to using our resources to make a positive impact on the lives of young people who need it most.

We believe that everyone has the potential to succeed, and we are committed to helping young people to reach their full potential. We believe that the arts are a powerful tool for change, and we are committed to using the arts to make a difference in the world.
