The Women’s Organisation, founded in 1996 by Maggie O'Carroll, is an enterprise with the mission to empower women within the business sector. It provides training and development for disadvantaged women starting or growing their own business and since its creation, it has helped over 50,000 women reach their potential.

It works works on three fronts: personal development, education and business support. This helps build self-confidence and a platform for their future ambitions, as well as providing the direct help their business needs. Not only this but The Women’s Organisation also works with governments, international bodies and policy makers to influence important decisions to do with women’s inequality worldwide.
