The W3 initiative is a Ghanaian based non-governmental organization led by girls for girls. Its aim is to empower young women and helps girls to break cultural limitation to achieve their goals.
They address unemployment, inequality and promote education in Ghana by producing quality educational materials and are committed to serving women, youth and childrenby creating projects that advance their social and economic welfare.
Specially designed programmes and activities through collaborative efforts with partners and other institutions help to reduce the effect of gaps and constraints within the Ghanaian economy and empowering citizens, particularly women and the youth through various skills development and enhancements programmes.
