We are a collective that transforms high-quality entertainment into vital social action, committed to funnelling resources directly to support people who are homeless and those in housing precarity.
Our core mission is to host the largest, most impactful comedy fundraising event in the country. We believe that when the political reality becomes too bleak, humour is not a distraction—it is a powerful tool to cut through public fatigue and highlight injustice.
As Jojo Sutherland stated following the difficult cancellation of the 2024 event, "The issue of homelessness in this country is too important to ignore." This setback is merely a temporary tactical retreat. Our focus remains resolutely forward, on the systemic challenges that require a large-scale, sustained response.

While the immediate "Comedians vs Homeless" event for 2025 had to be cancelled, this is not the end of the line. The next two years are dedicated to meticulously rebuilding and relaunching our flagship event for Rebuilding the Fight for Housing in 2026. This next iteration will be strategically scaled to maximise ticket sales, secure nationwide media partnerships, and ensure the fundraising impact matches the monumental scale of the housing crisis.
