The Driftwood Cinema was established in 2013 as a Social Enterprise to support communities to create cinematic events. Ploughing all profits back into the services that they offer, helping to keep tickets and events affordable. In addition to community projects, they also sell services commercially and for private events in your family garden, and the revenue from these events helps to underpin social projects.
Creating unique community-based cinema experiences centred around enjoying an old favourite or a more recent blockbuster, setting up fully portable cinema equipment in a local village hall, or if the weather looks good, out on the village green. Time to get everyone in the community together for a social event centred around films.
