Exeter Homeless Partnership

Exeter Homeless Partnership (EHP) is a partnership of local organizations working together to prevent and end homelessness in Exeter. The partnership was formed in 2005 and has since helped over 1,000 people off the streets and into stable housing.

EHP works with people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to provide them with the support they need to get back on their feet. This support can include:

  • Housing: EHP helps people find and secure permanent housing.
  • Financial assistance: EHP can provide financial assistance to help people pay for rent, utilities, and other living expenses.
  • Employment support: EHP can help people find and get jobs.
  • Health care: EHP can help people access health care and mental health services.
  • Substance abuse treatment: EHP can help people who are struggling with substance abuse get treatment.
  • Other support: EHP can provide other support, such as help with transportation, childcare, and legal services.

  • EHP has helped to improve the health and well-being of people who are homeless by 15%.
