Happy Smiles Training

Happy Smiles Training organization is an award-winning disabled people’s-led social enterprise. Based in Wigan, they deliver inclusive training to schools, community groups and businesses across the North West and further afield. With over 90% of their team made up of disabled people, our aim is to create inclusive communities for all.

Their journey started as a blog, set up to create positive change around how disabled people are seen and valued. This was inspired by one of their founding members, who always has a smile on his face! After reaching thousands of people online, they decided to take their message further.
