We are committed to providing our heroes with the support they need to rebuild their lives. We believe that everyone deserves a second chance, and we are here to help them make the most of it.
Our First Hero
Our first hero is David. David served in the British Army for 12 years. He was honorably discharged in 2016, but he struggled to adjust to civilian life. He lost his job, his home, and his family. He ended up homeless and living on the streets.
One day, David was approached by a Help Homeless Heroes volunteer. The volunteer offered David help, and David accepted. He was placed in one of our housing units, and he began to receive the support he needed.
With the help of Help Homeless Heroes, David has turned his life around. He has found a job, he has a place to live, and he is rebuilding his relationships with his family. He is now a role model for other homeless ex-service personnel, and he is an inspiration to us all.
The Triple H Passport
The Triple H Passport is a new initiative from Help Homeless Heroes. It is a personalized plan of support that is tailored to the individual needs of each homeless ex-service personnel. The passport includes a range of services, such as housing, support, and community involvement.
The Triple H Passport is designed to help homeless ex-service personnel rebuild their lives. It is a comprehensive and holistic approach to homelessness that is based on the belief that everyone deserves a second chance.
