Joy for Children

Joy for Children is a non-profit organization that works to improve the lives of children in Uganda. The organization was founded in 2005 by a group of Ugandan youth who were concerned about the high number of children who were out of school, abused, or exploited.

Joy for Children works to achieve its goals through a variety of programs and services, including:

  • Education: Joy for Children provides scholarships to help children from poor families attend school. The organization also provides school supplies, uniforms, and other support to help children stay in school.
  • Health: Joy for Children provides health care to children in need. The organization also works to educate children about health and hygiene.
  • Protection: Joy for Children works to protect children from abuse, exploitation, and violence. The organization also works to raise awareness about child rights.
  • Economic empowerment: Joy for Children works to empower children and their families to become self-reliant. The organization provides training in income-generating activities, such as farming, carpentry, and tailoring.

Joy for Children has helped thousands of children in Uganda. The organization has helped children stay in school, get the health care they need, and be protected from abuse. Joy for Children has also helped children and their families become self-reliant.
