The National Young Farmers Coalition (NYFC) is a national nonprofit organization that represents, mobilizes, and engages young farmers to ensure their success. NYFC works to create a more equitable and just food system by advocating for policies that support young farmers, providing resources and training, and building a community of young farmers.
NYFC was founded in 2002 by a group of young farmers who were concerned about the challenges facing young farmers in the United States. The organization has grown significantly since its founding, and today it has over 10,000 members in all 50 states.
