Open Door Columbus is a non-profit organization located in Central Ohio that is dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Key Programs and Services

Supported Community Living (SCL)

This is a comprehensive, waiver-based program that provides in-home and remote support. Its goal is to help individuals maximize their independence and achieve personal goals. The program uses a team-focused approach, with the individual at the center of the planning process.

The support team can include Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), a Health Services Coordination team of nurses, and a Social Services team to assist with advocacy. This program also includes reliable transportation services to help individuals access their community.
