Pregnant Then Screwed is a UK-based charity dedicated to ending the motherhood penalty and supporting women who face discrimination and disadvantage during and after pregnancy. Founded by Joeli Brearley in 2015, the organization was born out of her own experience of being unfairly dismissed from her job while four months pregnant.
