The Ganglion Initiative (TGI) is a youth-led organization established in 2017 with the focus of creating a generation of youths equipped to respond to the dynamic challenges of Africa by providing the right career orientation as well educational support and opportunities. Our flagship program is the TGI Synapse, a dynamic career and entrepreneurship session organized for senior secondary school students which has so far reached over 1,500 students in South-Western Nigeria of such capacity building sessions.
