The Youth Association for Community Development (AJDC ASBL)

The Youth Association for Community Development (AJDC.asbl) is a beacon of hope in South Kivu, Democratic Republic of Congo. Founded in 2008 by passionate young people from the Kahuna locality, AJDC.asbl is a non-profit, non-denominational, and apolitical organization dedicated to empowering communities.

A Mission Driven by Youth

AJDC.asbl's mission is clear: to contribute to the holistic development of communities in South Kivu. They achieve this by implementing impactful projects that address a wide range of needs, including:

• Health: AJDC.asbl works to improve access to healthcare and promote healthy living practices.
• Education: They champion education as a cornerstone of progress, supporting educational opportunities for all.
• Environment: AJDC.asbl actively promotes environmental sustainability and conservation efforts.
